Job Title: Inventory Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Executive (Preferrably from EMS background) responsible for managing inventory accuracy, stock movement, and warehouse operations. The role requires adherence to 5S, IPCA, and other quality and compliance standards, ensuring efficient inventory control and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and transactions.
2.Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and operations teams to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
3.Perform regular cycle counts and physical stock audits, ensuring reconciliation with system records.
4.Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials in line with 5S standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
5.Implement and monitor compliance with IPCA guidelines (where applicable) and other industry quality standards.
6.Track inward and outward material movement and maintain proper documentation.
7.Identify slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory and recommend corrective actions.
8. Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed based on product requirements.
9.Maintain inventory reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management review.
10.Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, or losses in job work return.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree with 23 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management.
Strong understanding of inventory control practices and warehouse operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
Knowledge of inventory audit procedures and reconciliation processes.
Awareness of 5S, IPCA, and quality management systems.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
Certification or training in 5S / Lean / Six Sigma.
Exposure to audit and compliance environments.
