We are a revolutionary B2B Ed-Tech startup based out of Noida, India. We help educators and content creators embark on their digital teaching journeys by providing them with a platform that empowers them to seamlessly transition online, offering live classes, storage solutions, transaction features, content monetization, and much more all in one super app.

We recognized the potential of educators and content creators, not just across India's tier 1 and tier 2 cities, but beyond, and became their secret weapon of mass instruction.

We thrived in the post-pandemic era. Today, we support a whopping 1 lakh+ educators and content creators from over 3,000 towns and cities. We have educators from test prep categories to new-age content creators teaching personal finance, cooking, digital marketing, organic farming, and many more, breaking barriers and reaching students globally using their own branded apps. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on Feature Development: Work closely with cross-functional squads (Frontend, Backend, and Mobile) to build and ship scalable features.
• Problem Solving: Implement efficient solutions for complex problems using Data Structures and Algorithms.
• End-to-End Ownership: Take part in the entire software development lifecycle, from writing clean, maintainable code to testing and deployment.
• Tech Versatility: Adapt to and work across different technologies and frameworks as per project requirements.

Requirements

• Strong Foundation: Deep understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) and their real-world applications.
• Engineering Mindset: A strong intent to work, learn, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Agility: A proactive "generalist" approach with the ability to switch between different tech stacks quickly.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down complex requirements into technical tasks.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration.

Nice to Have (Big Advantage)

• Production Experience: Have you built an app or web application and deployed it to production? (Provide links to Play Store, App Store, or live URLs).
• Language & Logic: Experience with Kotlin (Multiplatform or Android) or Node.js.
• Database Management: Familiarity with relational (MySQL) or non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
• Project Portfolio: Active GitHub profile showing personal projects or contributions to open-source software.
