About this Internship

We're hiring 2 interns to join our team. You'll work on real client projects from the beginning, learn directly from experienced BI consultants, and get hands-on with Power BI, SQL, Excel, and Power Automate. If you're a fresher who's hungry to learn, build things, and grow fast, this is your launchpad.

What You'll Do

• Assist in building Power BI reports and dashboards
• Write basic SQL queries for data extraction
• Support data cleaning and preparation in Excel
• Learn and assist with Power Automate flows
• Document processes and workflows
• Support the team with ad hoc data tasks

What We're Looking For

• Basic SQL Knowledge
• Basic Power BI / Data Visualization
• Excel Proficiency
• Python / Scripting Basics
• Willingness to Learn (this matters the most)
• Good Communication Skills

Good to Have

• Power Automate / Automation Basics

Internship Details

• Duration: 6 months
• Stipend: INR 10,000/month (full amount credited, no deductions)
• Location: Hebbal, Bangalore (hybrid after initial 3 months)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
• Openings: 2
• Potential to convert to a full-time role based on performance

Selection Process

To be considered, you must complete all three steps:

1. Submit a short video introduction (3-5 minutes about yourself, what you've been learning, and why you're excited about this internship)
2. Complete a basic SQL & Excel test (shared after initial screening)
3. Share any personal project or learning portfolio (dashboard, GitHub repo, blog, or anything that shows your initiative)
