Role Overview
We are looking for an International Sales Executive (B2B) to drive global partnerships, franchise expansion, and institutional collaborations across markets such as North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC.
This role focuses on engaging with international partners, education consultants, training institutes, and business stakeholders, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through partnership, franchise, or collaboration opportunities with BIA.
You will be responsible for lead generation, outreach, call setup, follow-ups, and coordination with senior leadership to drive closures.
Key Responsibilities
1. B2B Sales & Lead Conversion
- Reach out to international leads generated through online ad campaigns, including institutes, training centers, consultants, and partners
- Initiate conversations via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings
- Understand business requirements and position BIA offerings (franchise, training partnerships, certifications)
- Handle objections and drive decision-making towards partnership onboarding
- Maintain accurate tracking of leads and pipeline in the CRM.
2. Call Setup & Sales Coordination
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Schedule and set up calls with senior franchise managers / leadership teams.
- Ensure prospects are well-informed before high-value discussions
- Coordinate across time zones for smooth meeting execution
3. Lead Nurturing & Follow-Ups
- Execute structured follow-ups across different stages of the sales funnel
- Maintain continuous engagement via calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn
- Reactivate dormant leads through targeted communication and updates
4. International Market Outreach
- Identify and target potential B2B partners across global markets
- Build outreach pipelines for franchise expansion and institutional tie-ups
- Share market insights, including demand trends, pricing sensitivity, and partner expectations
- Work closely with marketing to refine targeting strategies
5. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners and decision-makers
- Support webinars, partner presentations, and business discussions
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new partners
6. Performance & Reporting
- Achieve monthly targets for qualified meetings, partnerships, and conversions
- Track daily outreach, calls, and pipeline movement
- Share insights on lead quality, conversion bottlenecks, and market response
7. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with franchise, admissions, and marketing teams
- Participate in product, sales, and pitch training sessions
- Contribute to improving outreach scripts, CRM workflows, and sales processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 25 years of experience in B2B sales, international sales, EdTech partnerships, or BPO
- Strong communication skills with neutral / US / UK accent proficiency preferred
- Experience in cold calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting
- Ability to engage with international clients across time zones
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and lead tracking systems
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on closures
Preferred Background
- Experience in EdTech, franchise sales, or global education partnerships
- Exposure to international markets (US, UK, Middle East, APAC)
- Prior experience in appointment setting or inside sales for B2B
