Location: Kerala (Looking for someone who can relocate)

We are partnering with a leading financial services organization to identify an accomplished Internal Audit leader to drive enterprise-wide audit, compliance, risk management, and quality assurance initiatives.

Reporting into the executive leadership team

Pan-India audit and governance responsibility

Opportunity to build and strengthen audit frameworks, risk controls, and quality assurance practices

Lead stakeholder engagement across regulators, business leaders, and audit functions

Ideal Background:

15+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk, Compliance, or Quality Assurance within NBFCs, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or allied sectors

Strong understanding of regulatory and governance frameworks

Proven experience leading large-scale audit and compliance programs

Qualified CA / CMA / CS preferred
