Intern - Talent Acquisition (Night Shift)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team in coordinating hiring activities across multiple functions. This role is ideal for someone interested in building a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition while gaining hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes. The intern will play a key role in candidate coordination, interview scheduling, stakeholder communication, and maintaining recruitment data. The candidate must be comfortable working in night shifts to support hiring activities across different time zones.

Key Responsibilitie

• sCoordinate interview schedules between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels
• .Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• .Assist in sourcing and screening candidate profiles from various job portals and professional networks
• .Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment trackers
• .Support recruiters in posting job openings across relevant platforms
• .Ensure timely follow-up with candidates and internal stakeholders
• .Prepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring dashboards
• .Coordinate pre-employment documentation and onboarding-related activities
• .Assist in organizing recruitment drives, virtual hiring events, and campus engagement activities
• .Support the Talent Acquisition team with administrative and operational recruitment tasks

Required Qualificatio

• nsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related fiel
