About the Role

We are looking for ambitious, high-energy Interns to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to get hands-on exposure across multiple business functions from sales and marketing to fulfilment, procurement, and contract manufacturing right from day one.

As an Intern, you will work directly with the leadership team, take on real responsibilities, and contribute meaningfully to building and scaling factori.com. Based on your interests, strengths, and performance during the internship, you will be considered for a full-time role in the function where you fit best.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with the founders and leadership team on day-to-day business operations
• Get hands-on experience across key functions, including sales, marketing, fulfilment, procurement, and contract manufacturing
• Take ownership of projects and deliverables from your very first week
• Interact with retailers, manufacturers, and partners to understand and solve real business problems
• Contribute ideas, identify opportunities, and help shape the growth strategy of factori.com

Whom We're Looking For

• Graduates, post-graduates, or final-year students in B.Com, BBM, BBA, B.Tech, M.Com, or MBA from a recognised university
• Final-year students awaiting results are welcome to apply
• Freshers welcome prior experience or relevant internships are a plus, but not required
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Self-starters who are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Passionate about e-commerce, retail, or manufacturing
• Available to join immediately and commit to a minimum 3-month internship, on-site at our Bangalore office

Compensation & Growth

• Stipend: 15,000 per month during the internship period (minimum 3 months)
• Performance Review at 3 Months: Interns whose performance is strong will be offered a full-time role with a minimum salary of 25,000 per month at the end of the internship
