Mantra Studios is looking for passionate, creative and energetic interns to join our Program Department and work closely with Senior Program Producers in the complete execution of micro drama content production.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to the entire 360-degree process of content creation from story development to final delivery of episodes across digital and television platforms.

• Assist Senior Program Producers in end-to-end micro drama production.
• Coordinate story discussions, screenplay drafts and creative development.
• Support pre-production activities including casting coordination, scheduling and shoot planning.
• Assist during shoots with production coordination and execution.
• Work closely with editors and post-production teams for episode completion.
• Coordinate dubbing, music, graphics and final mastering requirements.
• Maintain production reports, episode trackers and delivery timelines.
• Ensure smooth workflow between creative, production and technical departments.
• Support final QC and content delivery processes.

• Passion for storytelling, digital content and entertainment media.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of television, OTT or digital content production.
• Ability to work in fast-paced production environments.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of editing or production tools is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates or students pursuing Media, Mass Communication, Film, Television or related fields can apply.
