Job Summary:

URC Construction is looking for an experienced Interior Manager to lead and oversee interior and finishing works for large-scale construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing execution, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering projects within timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of interior and finishing works at site
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients
• Review interior drawings, BOQs, and specifications for accuracy and feasibility
• Plan and monitor site activities to ensure timely project delivery
• Ensure quality control and adherence to design standards
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and material procurement
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews
• Resolve site-related issues and ensure smooth workflow
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Prepare progress reports and update management on project status

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution techniques
• Experience in handling large-scale projects (commercial/hospital preferred)
• Excellent project management and coordination skills
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture
• Relevant certifications in project management are an added advantage

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in hospital / institutional / large commercial projects
• Exposure to high-value or fast-track construction projects
