The Role:-

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Draftsman with a strong understanding of technical detailing and execution drawings. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing detailed technical drawings for residential and commercial projects and should be capable of coordinating with designers, vendors, and site teams to ensure accurate execution.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and comprehensive working drawings for residential and commercial interior projects.
• Develop detailed furniture drawings, sectional details, ceiling layouts, flooring layouts, electrical layouts, all relevant service layouts and detailed wall elevations.
• Create practical and execution-ready drawings that are aligned with site conditions and project requirements.
• Coordinate with designers, consultants, vendors, and site execution teams for drawing updates and revisions.
• Ensure all drawings are accurate, practical, and aligned with site conditions and execution requirements.
• Revise drawings as per design modifications, site updates, and client requirements.
• Maintain proper drawing documentation, revisions, and version control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the project team with technical detailing and execution-related solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:-

• 2+ years of experience in interior drafting, preferably in luxury residential and commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of detailed interior drawings and technical detailing.
• Ability to prepare accurate and execution-ready drawings with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
