We are looking for a creative, and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our studio in Bengaluru! If you have a sharp eye for aesthetics, a strong technical foundation, and a passion for turning design concepts into reality, urge to experience site execution, we want to hear from you.

Role Description

As an Interior Designer, you will play a key role in developing and executing trendy, creative residential interiors. Working closely with our Senior Interior Designer, you will collaborate on design concepts while actively supporting the pipeline by producing high-quality 2D working drawings and stunning 3D visuals. This role requires a perfect balance of artistic flair, technical drawing accuracy, and strong coordination skills to bring design narratives to life seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Concept Collaboration: Partner closely with the Senior Interior Designer to brainstorm, develop, and execute trendy, highly creative design concepts and mood boards for residential spaces.
• High-Quality 3D Visualization: Translate conceptual sketches and layout ideas into stunning, realistic 3D visuals and presentations that effectively communicate the design intent to clients.
• Precision 2D Documentation: Own and produce flawless, high-quality 2D working drawings, including detailed floor plans, elevations, section details etc.
• Material & Trend Sourcing: Assist the senior team in sourcing on-trend materials, premium finishes, custom furniture pieces, and lighting fixtures that elevate the creative direction of each project.
• Design Implementation Support: Maintain the integrity of the design narrative by translating feedback into precise design iterations.
• On-Site Coordination: Conduct site visits and coordinate actively with project managers, contractors, and specialized vendors to ensure site execution matches the technical drawing accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in residential interior design and on-site execution.
• Software Mastery: High proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is mandatory. Experience with Photoshop, V-Ray or similar rendering software is a strong plus.
• Technical Detailing: Solid understanding of carpentry works, custom woodwork, services (electrical/plumbing), and material properties.
• Communication: Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to handle client discussions and vendor coordination confidently.
• Attributes: A proactive problem-solver with a strong aesthetic sensibility and excellent time-management skills.
