Interior Designer

Tanvi Pagare Atelier is looking for a full-time Interior Designer to join our growing Mumbai-based practice.

This role is for someone who wants to be closely involved in the design process - from concept development, 2D drawings, 3D modeling, renders, materials, vendor coordination, and site follow-ups to seeing ideas take shape on site.

Were looking for someone with refined taste, strong attention to detail, and excellent 2D, 3D, and rendering skills.

The ideal candidate should be confident with design software, detailed working drawings, 3D visualization, presentations, vendor coordination, and have a basic understanding of project budgets. They should also be able to adapt to various project types and requirements within the luxury space.

This is a good fit for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work, communicates clearly, and wants to grow closely within a design-led practice working across interiors, furniture, hospitality, and spatial design. Interior design sites are primarily situated in South Mumbai.

Role: Full-time

Location: Mumbai

Work mode: Hybrid / in-person as required

In-person coordination: Scheduled site visits, vendor meetings, sample selections, material sourcing, and execution follow-ups will be required for this role.

Commitment: Minimum 10 months

Probation: Initial probation period

Experience: Fresh graduates to 4 years preferred

Start: Immediate / within 12 weeks preferred

Strong skills required in:

2D working drawings, 3D modeling, rendering, presentations, design documentation, vendor coordination, material/furniture research, and basic budget awareness.
