Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Mid-Level Interior/Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, good technical knowledge, and experience handling projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Space planning and design development as per client requirements
• Preparing detailed construction drawings & documentation
• Selection of materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures (FF&E)
• Coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal teams (MEP, drafting, design)
• Site coordination to ensure smooth execution and quality output

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design / Architecture
• 35 years experience (preferred: F&B / QSR / Hospitality projects)
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Working knowledge of MS Office & Photoshop
• Strong communication, presentation, and project coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
