Interior Designer

• Develop innovative office interior concepts and space planning layouts.
• Prepare 2D working drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, and detailed drawings.
• Create high-quality 3D visualisations and presentations.
• Prepare material boards, finish schedules, and mood boards.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and present design proposals.
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, vendors, and contractors during execution.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design compliance and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements.
• Stay updated on the latest interior materials, furniture systems, lighting, and commercial design trends.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory)
• Proficiency in SketchUp
• Experience with V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion
• Knowledge of 3ds Max (Preferred)
• Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator (Preferred)
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture detailing, and execution
