Residential projects end to end, from mood boards and 2D or 3D to site coordination and handover. Client facing role with regular site visits and vendor coordination. Two wheeler preferred.

Responsibilities

Create mood boards, material palettes, 2D drawings, GFCs

Build 3D models and renderings

Lead site meetings and ensure design intent

Coordinate vendors, samples, BOQ inputs, timelines

Requirements

B Arch or B Des or Diploma in Interior Design

One to four years experience with delivered projects

Strong portfolio across concept, detailing, execution

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp or other relevant tools

Clear communication and ability to manage own site
