Role Description This is a full-time Interior Designer role based in Mumbai with a hybrid work arrangement. The Interior Designer will develop design concepts, prepare mood boards, and create detailed space plans aligned with project requirements and budgets. Responsibilities include producing accurate drawings and documentation, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and supporting FF&E selection, specifications, and procurement. The role involves site visits to oversee implementation, ensure design intent is maintained, and address on-site challenges. The Interior Designer will also collaborate with the wider team, participate in client presentations, and maintain project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to create functional, aesthetic layouts.
• Knowledge of Technical principles and experience collaborating with construction teams.
• Proficiency in developing and reading Construction Drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, specification, and coordination.
• Proficient in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and presentation tools.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage multiple projects.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with local building codes and construction practices in Mumbai.
