About the Role

As an Interior Designer, you will own residential interior design projects from the first client interaction through design completion. You will combine creativity, technical expertise, and customer-centric thinking to design functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and translate them into innovative and functional design solutions.
• Develop residential space plans, layouts, and complete design concepts.
• Create and present design proposals, material selections, and design recommendations.
• Deliver a seamless and trust-led customer experience throughout the design journey.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
• Manage project timelines while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to achieving business goals in a target-driven environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, B.Arch, or an equivalent qualification.
• Alternatively, a 23 year Diploma in Interior Design with relevant residential interior design experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential interior design.
• Strong experience in modular interiors and space planning.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software.
• Experience in client-facing or design-and-build environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ownership mindset and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in modular kitchen and wardrobe design.
• Knowledge of residential interior materials and design standards.
• Experience in design consultation and client relationship management.
