Role Description

Black Oak is seeking a talented Interior Designer for a full-time, on-site position located in Preet Vihar, New Delhi. As an Interior Designer, you will collaborate closely with clients and team members to conceptualize and execute designs that bring creativity and functionality together. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating design concepts, space planning, drafting construction drawings, selecting furniture and finishes (FF&E), and overseeing project execution to ensure a seamless design experience. You will also collaborate with architects and contractors to deliver projects that exemplify our commitment to quality and aesthetic integrity.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning, with a strong ability to optimize layout designs for function and aesthetics
• Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings, including familiarity with CAD software and project documentation
• Expertise in Interior Design, including the selection and coordination of materials, colors, and textures
• Experience with Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) selection, sourcing, and procurement
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with clients and project stakeholders
• Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Prior experience in high-end residential is a plus
