Hiring: Interior Sales Closer (High Ticket | Katraj, Pune)

Dreamspace is a fast-growing interiors & construction company in Pune, currently handling multiple residential projects (2BHK / 3BHK).

Were looking for someone who can take ownership of closing high-value clients and directly drive revenue.

Role Overview:

• Handle qualified leads (no cold calling grind)
• Conduct client meetings & site visits
• Close interior projects above 15L range
• Maintain follow-ups and drive payment closures

Compensation:

• Fixed Salary: 30k-50k/month
• Incentives: 2%5% based on revenue
• Realistic Earnings: 60,000 to 1,00,000+/month for performers
