Role Description This is a full-time Interior Design Sales role based in Thane with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site client interactions with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves meeting prospective clients, understanding their design needs and budgets, and presenting suitable design concepts, space plans, and product options. The Interior Design Sales professional will prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations, and follow up to convert leads into confirmed projects. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with the design team on layouts and material selections, recommending furniture and finishes, and ensuring that client preferences are accurately reflected. The role also includes maintaining client relationships, providing responsive customer service, tracking sales pipelines, and supporting showroom or site visits when required.
Qualifications

Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and client relationship management.
Applied Interior Design knowledge with an eye for aesthetics, materials, and practical detailing.
Proven Sales ability, including lead conversion, negotiation, and closing skills.
Space Planning capabilities to translate client requirements into functional layouts.
Understanding of Furniture selection, styling, and coordination with overall design schemes.
Good communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work on-site in Thane and remotely as needed, managing time and priorities effectively.
Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred; relevant sales experience in interiors, real estate, or furniture is an advantage.
Comfort with basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, design presentations); familiarity with design software is a plus.
