Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for the following:

Interior Architect (Hospitality & Institutional Projects): The role involves detailed knowledge of interior and architectural space planning, conceptualisation and presentation, services co-ordination, GFC documentation and interior drawings for a range of premium hotel and institutional projects spread across the country. Key responsibilities include efficient design management, preparing and co-ordinating detailed drawing packages and client communication.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or masters degree in architecture/ interior design.

2-3 years of experience (Preference to those with experience in hospitality and institutional projects).

Space planning and Architectural ideation skills.

Proficiency in relevant CAD, sketchup and Presentation software.

Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work in and across teams.
