Hiring: Senior Interior Architect | Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Architect to join a growing Design Services team supporting large-scale Design-Build and Design-Assist projects.

This role is ideal for architectural professionals with strong expertise in interior fit-out projects across commercial, hospitality, healthcare, workplace, and data centre sectors. The position focuses on bridging design intent with technical execution, ensuring constructability, compliance, quality, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support interior architecture design development through Concept, SD, DD, CD, and CA phases.
• Develop space planning layouts, test fits, and functional design solutions aligned with project requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate interior architectural drawings, details, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
• Conduct constructability reviews and resolve design coordination issues.
• Develop and detail interior systems including partitions, ceilings, millwork, finishes, doors, and hardware.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and project teams to deliver coordinated design solutions.
• Support RFIs, value engineering initiatives, construction-phase clarifications, and project execution.
• Maintain high standards of documentation quality, accuracy, and QA/QC compliance.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to design standards and best practices.

Required Experience & Skills

• 610 years of experience in Interior Architecture / Interior Design within the AEC industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or specialization in Interior Architecture.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit for modeling, documentation, detailing, and family creation.
• 34+ years of experience working on international projects, preferably supporting North American, European, or any global clients in commercial, workplace, hospitality, healthcare, or data centre sectors.
• Strong experience delivering interior fit-out projects from concept through construction documentation.
• Expertise in workplace interiors, hospitality, healthcare, commercial, or data centre projects
• Experience coordinating with structural, faade/envelope, and MEP systems.
• Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, specifications, and construction methodologies.
• Familiarity with Navisworks, Revizto, ACC, and Bluebeam.
• Experience with SketchUp and Enscape; Rhino and Grasshopper knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team collaboration skills.
