We are hiring for Integration Engineer for our Noida team:

Experience: 3-7 Years

Location: Noida , from office , 5 days a week

Responsibilities:

Design the integration solution , for multiple ITSM systems, to communicate with each other

Respond quickly to raised incidents, provide break fix when required and guide team members to resolve said incidents wherever necessary

Investigates and resolves complex problems requiring an understanding of the relationship between own specialism and wider customer /organisational requirements

Performs an extensive range of complex technical or professional work activities

Serve in consultant role during implementation to both assure minimal disruption and to streamline internal and external processes.

Analyze customers business requirements and develop innovative and effective solutions to the challenges they face.

Bring industry knowledge, world-class capabilities, innovation, and cutting-edge technology to our clients along the middleware tech to help them improve their performance.

At times, handle multiple projects in parallel for different customers in different regions and time zones.

Serve as customer representative ensuring that customers needs and requirements are communicated to all departments supporting the customer to ensure successful implementation.

Collaborate closely with the technical team and customers systems and IT team in connection with design, solution and implementations.

Oversee hand-off to account management upon completion of the implementation project.

Communicates effectively with various cross functional and technology teams (app dev, deployment, testing, project).

Requirements :

Hands on IT experience working with integration technologies like Dell Boomi/Apache NiFi

Preferred Middleware stack exposure Boomi/Apache Nifi/Globalscape/Informatica.

Past Experience in support engagements on Middleware platforms. `Experience in Managed services support engagement with ITSM process.

Experience on solutioning and supporting Middleware Tech and Integrations project (must have). Preferred Middleware stack exposure Boomi/Apache Nifi/Globalscape/Informatica.
