As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves offering expert consultative services focused on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient and effective solutions. The day includes facilitating discussions around transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and collaborating on functional and application design to ensure that the technology solutions align closely with business objectives. The role demands continuous interaction with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and successful implementation of solutions.

- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in System Integration Delivery Management.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing integration frameworks and middleware solutions.
- Experience in managing end-to-end integration delivery lifecycle including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Ability to analyze complex system architectures and recommend scalable integration approaches.
- Skilled in stakeholder communication and managing expectations across diverse technical and business teams.
- Proficient in troubleshooting integration issues and providing timely resolutions to minimize business impact.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in System Integration Delivery Management.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
