Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves providing expert consultative services focused on business and system integration to support clients in implementing efficient and effective solutions. The role requires understanding client needs deeply and translating these into practical business and technology strategies. Throughout the day, the Integration Engineer leads discussions on transformation initiatives, guides the customer journey, and collaborates on functional and application design to ensure that technology solutions align closely with business requirements. This position demands active engagement with various stakeholders to facilitate seamless integration and successful project outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of integration activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to promote clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
- Strong knowledge of integration methodologies and best practices within cloud-based human capital management systems.
- Experience in designing and implementing system interfaces and data flows between disparate applications.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical integration requirements.
- Familiarity with cloud platform services and tools that support scalable and secure integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and sustainable solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
