Job Description
Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and business-oriented Senior Media Planner/Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience in integrated media planning. This is a client-facing role requiring a strong understanding of multi-channel media strategies, including TV, print, outdoor, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated media plans across TV, print, outdoor, and digital channels
Work closely with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into effective media strategies
Manage end-to-end campaign planning and implementation
Create and present media plans, reports, and strategy decks to clients
Ensure alignment of media strategies with overall brand and marketing goals
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless execution
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in media planning (preferably with agency background)
Strong understanding of integrated media planning across traditional and digital platforms
Experience in a client-facing/business role
Proficiency in creating clear and impactful presentation decks (planning & implementation)
Basic to strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
MBA preferred
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to large-scale campaigns and multi-channel execution
Ability to translate data into meaningful insights
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
