development domain.

At Coding Ninjas, our focus is on creating industry-relevant programs and crafting learning

experiences that help candidates learn, apply, and demonstrate capabilities in the software

development areas. As an Instructor & Learning Architect, you will play a dual roleteaching live batches and collaborating with industry experts to design and develop curriculum content.

This is an opportunity to combine your Subject matter expertise, leadership ability, and passion for teaching to make a lasting impact on learners across India.

What Youll Do

• Teaching & Evaluation
• Deliver live teaching sessions to learners.
• Conduct project evaluations, assessments, and instructor-led reviews to ensure learner success.
• Collaboration & Impact
• Work with cross-functional teams (product, Tech, student experience) to enhance learning delivery.
• Innovate and expand content to keep it relevant to industry trends.
• Curriculum & Content Innovation
• Design and review curriculum, projects, and problem statements aligned with industry needs.
• Establish and enforce content guidelines, quality standards, and review processes.
• Stay updated with Emerging Tech trends to keep content relevant.

What Were Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years in delivering live sessions.
• Expertise in 2 or more of the following: Python, SQL, Excel, Statistics, Power BI.
• Open to upskilling across additional technologies and domains as Coding Ninjas expands its course offering.
• Curriculum Design experience with projects, problem-solving assignments, and industry-relevant case studies.
• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, or related fields preferred (practical experience also valued).
• Skills: Strong Teaching skills, communication, and mentoring ability.
