Installation Project Manager Liquid Cooling Infrastructure (Data Centers)

We are looking for an experienced Installation Project Manager to lead installation and execution activities for liquid cooling infrastructure projects within data center environments.

The role will be responsible for managing installation schedules, contractor coordination, quality compliance, stakeholder management, and on-site execution activities while ensuring delivery within committed timelines, quality standards, and costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end installation activities for liquid cooling piping and mechanical infrastructure projects in data centers
• Drive installation contractors to achieve committed schedules, quality standards, and cost targets
• Monitor execution progress and ensure timely completion of installation activities
• Coordinate installation readiness including manpower, materials, tools, logistics, and site access
• Act as the primary coordination point between factory, engineering, quality, logistics, installation, and commissioning teams
• Manage interactions with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Review and certify installation contractor work as per project quality standards
• Ensure adherence to approved drawings, installation procedures, and safety requirements
• Coordinate inspections, testing activities, and quality clearances during project execution
• Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and critical path activities
• Support preparation and tracking of project schedules using Microsoft Project (MPP)
• Facilitate drawing approvals, factory inspections, testing coordination, and project documentation activities

Required Skills

• Engineering graduate with 810 years of experience in:
• Project execution
• Installation management
• Mechanical infrastructure projects
• Industrial piping projects
• EPC environments

Strong experience managing projects with responsibility for:

• Schedule
• Quality
• Cost control
• Strong contractor and stakeholder management capabilities
• Familiarity with all stages of the Project Management Lifecycle
• Knowledge of installation quality and inspection processes
• Strong coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with high ownership and accountability
