Important Points
This is a target-driven sales role
100% on-site role in Bangalore
Immediate joiners are strongly preferred
3-month trainee period, post which candidates will be converted to full-time based on performance
Full-time role includes PF and medical insurance benefits

Job Responsibilities
Drive conversions and achieve sales targets
Reach out to assigned leads and engage with them effectively
Conduct product demos over video calls (Google Meet / Microsoft Teams)
Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and relevant use cases
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable features/use cases
Follow up consistently until closure
Maintain accurate records of meetings, follow-ups, and conversions into CRM
Who Should Apply
Fresh BBA & MBA graduates or students who are about to graduate
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
Strong presentation skills, especially over video meetings
Comfortable with tools like Google Suite, MS Office, and video conferencing platforms
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
Basic comfort using smartphones (Android only)
Candidates should have or arrange an Android smartphone
Stipend & CTC
Earn 20,000/month as fixed stipend
5,000/month as incentive.
Post Conversion CTC: 4-4.5 LPA (including medical insurance) + performance based incentive
