SIEM XPERT is a rapidly growing cybersecurity EdTech + MSSP company that delivers industry-focused security training and managed SOC services. We are expanding our sales operations and looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Specialist to drive admissions, lead conversions, and revenue growth.


Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound leads, making outbound calls, nurturing prospects, and converting them into enrollments for SIEM XPERTs cybersecurity programs. You will work closely with marketing, trainers, and management to achieve monthly targets.


Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound leads from website, ads, and referrals
  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and professionals
  • Understand learner needs and recommend suitable courses
  • Conduct product demos and explain course benefits clearly
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales trackers
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to close enrollments
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Coordinate with marketing team on lead quality and campaigns
  • Provide feedback on common student queries and objections

  • Skills & Qualifications
    • 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales / Education Sales / EdTech Sales
    • Strong communication and convincing skills
    • Comfortable with calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM tools
    • Basic understanding of cybersecurity domain (preferred, not mandatory)
    • Target-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented
    • Good English and Hindi communication skills


    Bonus if you have
    • Experience selling tech courses or certification programs
    • Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach and lead nurturing
    • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
