Role Description

We're looking for a passionate and driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for families and students exploring Pramyan's programs. You'll play a key role in understanding their learning needs, building genuine relationships, and guiding them toward solutions that truly make a difference. From lead generation to closing, you'll own the full sales journey while keeping the student's success at the heart of every conversation.


What You'll Do

  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through calls, follow-ups, and relationship building
  • Understand client needs and recommend the right Pramyan programs
  • Manage a healthy sales pipeline and consistently meet targets
  • Conduct and close sales over video sessions prior experience doing so is a must
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to enrollment
  • Maintain clear records of interactions and client progress


What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the education sector
  • Strong communication skills you're confident, clear, and empathetic
  • A customer-first mindset with a natural ability to build trust
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
  • Familiarity with educational solutions or ed-tech is a strong plus
  • Goal-oriented with the drive to go beyond targets, not just meet them


Role: Inside Sales Specialist

Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)

CTC: 3 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Timing: 11 AM 8 PM

Location: Remote
