Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist with experience in ServiceNow and/or Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) solutions selling. The candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline by engaging with enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
- Engage with key stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, and IT leaders to understand business needs
- Promote and position ServiceNow and Cloud-based solutions to prospective clients
- Conduct product pitches, demos (in collaboration with presales), and solution discussions
- Manage end-to-end inside sales cycle: lead generation qualification conversion
- Work closely with presales and delivery teams to build customized proposals
- Maintain CRM hygiene and track all sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and pipeline targets
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor landscape, and emerging technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 26 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development / IT Sales
- Strong exposure to ServiceNow or Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Proven track record in B2B sales and lead conversion
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in handling international clients (US/UK/APAC) is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in selling ITSM, ITOM, or Digital Transformation solutions
- Understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and enterprise IT solutions
- Exposure to RFP/RFI processes and solution selling
