Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Executive to handle end-to-end sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with pre-generated leads, understanding client requirements, and converting prospects into successful business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls with prospective clients to promote the agencys performance marketing services such as Paid Ads and Digital Marketing.
Qualify leads by understanding client requirements, budgets, and marketing goals.
Explain how the agencys digital marketing solutions can add value to the clients business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups and engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
Ability to take ownership of leads, handle cold calls, and close deals.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment.
Experience:
0 to 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, D2C, or B2B Sales.
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as PPC, Meta Ads, and WhatsApp Marketing is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple prospect conversations and follow-ups effectively.
Strong ownership, accountability, and result-oriented mindset.
