Role Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven Inside Sales Specialist who will be responsible for managing and converting inbound and outbound leads while actively driving lead generation initiatives. The role demands strong CRM discipline, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of commercial real estate lead lifecycles.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and qualify inbound leads from multiple channels (portals, website, campaigns, referrals).
  • Proactively generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and database mining.
  • Maintain and update all lead interactions, follow-ups, and status tracking within the CRM system.
  • Engage with prospects to understand business requirements and align them with suitable commercial property solutions.
  • Schedule meetings/site visits for the Business Development/Leasing team.
  • Ensure consistent follow-up to nurture leads and improve conversion ratios.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
  • Coordinate with marketing for campaign feedback and lead quality improvement.
  • Track key metrics such as lead response time, conversion rates, and pipeline movement.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, micro-markets, and inventory.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Lead Management (Commercial Real Estate preferred).
  • Strong experience in CRM tools and lead tracking systems.
  • Proven ability in lead generation and pipeline management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of persistence, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of commercial real estate terminology and sales cycles.
