Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Specialist. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, managing client interactions, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting potential clients, qualifying leads, conducting outreach through various communication channels, and ensuring excellent customer service to build lasting client relationships. The role also involves contributing to the sales strategy to achieve business growth.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to drive business opportunities
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to nurture and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client engagement
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high performance
  • Prior experience in a technology or software development company is a plus
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
