Role Description

Were looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead and scale our US-focused sales team. You will drive revenue growth, manage high-performing teams, and optimize sales campaigns and funnel performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage SDRs & Sales Representatives

Drive quota achievement and revenue growth

Plan and execute inbound & outbound sales campaigns

Coach, mentor, and develop sales talent

Analyze performance metrics to improve conversions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategies

What Were Looking For:

Strong experience in US B2B inside sales

Proven team management (1015 members)

Data-driven approach with strong communication skills

Background in EdTech / SaaS / BPO is a plus
