Job Title: Inside Sales Intern

Location: Bangalore (On-site)

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: 15,000 per month

Opportunity: Full-time conversion based on performance

Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Intern who can support our sales team in lead generation, client outreach, and conversion. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate potential leads through various channels
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Understand client requirements and pitch relevant solutions
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools
  • Support the sales team in converting leads into business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects
  • Follow up consistently to drive conversions
  • Assist in achieving sales targets and pipeline growth
Eligibility Criteria
  • Bachelors or Masters degree (completed)
  • 06 months of experience (freshers can apply)
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, or client interaction
Required Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools (preferred)
  • Ability to handle client conversations confidently
  • Target-driven and proactive mindset
