Role SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Intern who can support our sales team in lead generation, client outreach, and conversion. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate potential leads through various channels
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant solutions
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools
- Support the sales team in converting leads into business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects
- Follow up consistently to drive conversions
- Assist in achieving sales targets and pipeline growth
- Bachelors or Masters degree (completed)
- 06 months of experience (freshers can apply)
- Strong interest in sales, business development, or client interaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Basic understanding of CRM tools (preferred)
- Ability to handle client conversations confidently
- Target-driven and proactive mindset
- Hands-on experience in inside sales and business development
