UPS is looking for a driven and customerfocused Inside Sales Representative to help grow our Middle Market segment. If youre passionate about sales, building customer relationships, and delivering solutions that create real business impact this role is for you!

What Youll Do

you will play a key role in retaining and growing customer business by:

Sales Strategy & Research

Conducting precall research to understand customer contracts and opportunities

Using UPS tools and data to identify new, lost, and existing business potential

Collaborating with Account Executives, Sales Support, and Sales Managers

Customer Needs & Solutions

Engaging customers to understand their business, industry, and shipping needs

Positioning UPS services as tailored solutions

Following up on leads to close opportunities and drive revenue

Staying updated on competitor offerings to strengthen UPSs positioning

Account Management

Managing customer queries, concerns, and service issues

Acting as a customer advocate to resolve claims, damages, or escalations

Coordinating with sales teams for revenuebased account alignment

Updating the sales funnel with accurate revenue and opportunity data

Administrative Excellence

Maintaining accurate CRM entries (calls, notes, billing changes, etc.)

Ordering WorldShip tools for customers

Notifying Package Centers of account or schedule updates

What Were Looking For

Graduate degree (mandatory)

Excellent verbal and written English + 1 regional language

Minimum 3 years experience, including at least 2 years in direct/inside sales

Proven ability to acquire new business and grow/retain existing accounts

Strong analytical, communication, and relationshipbuilding skills
