Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales professional with 1-4 years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team, focusing on ERP segment.


Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inbound/outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.

Engage with decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Business Owners) to identify their business needs.

Pitch the value proposition of our enterprise solutions and book meetings for the sales team.

Maintain accurate lead data and pipeline status in the CRM system.

Follow up with prospects through a structured cadence of calls and emails.

Stay updated on SAP, Salesforce, and Tableau products to articulate their benefits effectively.

Collaborate with marketing to run targeted campaigns and optimize lead conversion rates.


Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, tele calling, or lead generation for enterprise software solutions (SAP preferred).

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to handle objections and move conversations toward scheduling sales meetings.

Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred).

Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

Basic understanding of enterprise technology solutions is a plus.
