Role Overview:
Were looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales (Business Development) to drive B2B IT sales initiatives, generate leads, and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT services landscape, proven experience with outbound sales tools, and a flair for relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and qualify new business leads in the IT services domain
- Drive B2B outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and other CRM/lead gen platforms
- Build a healthy pipeline of prospects across geographies through cold calling, emailing, and social selling
- Work closely with the Business Development and Technical teams to align client requirements with our solutions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions
- Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales team with qualified leads
- Report weekly lead metrics and progress to leadership
What Were Looking For:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Inside Sales, IT Sales, or B2B Sales
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, or similar prospecting tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience selling IT services, software testing, QA, or consulting solutions preferred
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a hybrid setup
- Prior experience working in international markets is a plusz

- Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)
