Role Overview:

Were looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales (Business Development) to drive B2B IT sales initiatives, generate leads, and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT services landscape, proven experience with outbound sales tools, and a flair for relationship-building.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and qualify new business leads in the IT services domain
  • Drive B2B outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and other CRM/lead gen platforms
  • Build a healthy pipeline of prospects across geographies through cold calling, emailing, and social selling
  • Work closely with the Business Development and Technical teams to align client requirements with our solutions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions
  • Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales team with qualified leads
  • Report weekly lead metrics and progress to leadership


What Were Looking For:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Inside Sales, IT Sales, or B2B Sales
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, or similar prospecting tools
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience selling IT services, software testing, QA, or consulting solutions preferred
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a hybrid setup
  • Prior experience working in international markets is a plusz
