Inside Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator (Leads & CRM) to support our digital marketing team for Ahmedabad, Pune, Bengaluru location. The role involves handling inbound leads generated through digital campaigns, verifying and qualifying them, and ensuring proper follow-ups to convert them into potential business opportunities.

03 years of experience in lead generation, tele-calling, inside sales, or similar roles.

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Pay: From 25,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities

Handle all leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and ensure timely contact with each lead.

Call and verify leads to understand their requirements, interest level, and authenticity.

Convert raw leads into qualified/potential leads and update their status accurately in CRM systems.

Conduct regular follow-ups with interested leads until closure or final outcome.

Coordinate with the sales team by sharing complete and verified lead details for further action.

Maintain daily reporting of calls made, leads handled, follow-ups, and conversions.

Ensure professional communication, accurate data entry, and adherence to company SOPs at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Good communication and interpersonal skills (English)

Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.

Organized, disciplined, and target-oriented approach.
