We Are Hiring High-Performing Sales Professionals

We are looking for target-driven Inside Sales/Academic Counselors with experience in EdTech / Training / Education Sales who can effectively consult professionals and convert leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and generated prospects via calls, WhatsApp, email, and follow-ups
• Understand learner career goals and recommend relevant cybersecurity certification programs
• Counsel working professionals on upskilling paths and career outcomes
• Drive complete sales cycle from lead qualification to enrollment closure
• Maintain pipeline hygiene and update CRM regularly
• Meet/exceed assigned monthly revenue and conversion targets
• Build strong follow-up cadence to maximize lead conversion

Eligibility Criteria

• 1-4 years of experience in Inside Sales / EdTech Sales / Academic Counseling / B2C Sales
• Strong track record of target achievement in previous roles
• Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
• Experience in consultative/phone-based sales preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
