Design, acquire, and implement infrastructure components onprem
Execute new builds, upgrades, migrations, and integrations across platform groups and business applications, ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
Develop and govern engineering standards, reference architectures, and design patterns to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across infrastructure solutions.
Serve as a senior escalation point for complex infrastructure incidents and recurring problems; lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
Own change planning and execution (including after-hours/weekend changes), assess risk, coordinate approvals, implement safely, and validate post-change stability.
Monitor infrastructure health, resource utilization, and trends; conduct performance tuning, recommend optimization actions, and forecast capacity needs.
Evaluate fault tolerance, operational readiness, monitoring coverage, and disaster recovery posture; document risks and drive remediation to improve resiliency and uptime.
Produce and maintain procedures, runbooks, asset records, and audit artifacts; keep current and proposed End-of-Life (EOL) schedules and governance documentation.

Hands-on experience in Systems Administration or Engineering work experience.
Hands-on expertise in designing, building, and integrating onprem infrastructure
Ability to support new builds, upgrades, migrations, and complex system integrations.
Three or more years experience in Infrastructure domain specified in summary (e.g. Datacentre, Virtualization & OS Engineering, Tools & Automation)
