IT Operations / ITSM Team Lead

Location: Bangalore / Chennai (1 day work from office per week)

We are looking for an experienced IT Operations / ITSM Team Lead who is both technically hands-on and capable of leading teams in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

In this role, you will manage critical incidents, improve monitoring and observability practices, and drive operational excellence across complex infrastructure environments.

Key Skills & Experience:

Strong experience in Critical Incident Management

Team Lead or ownership experience in ITSM environments

Hands-on knowledge of Change Management, CMDB, and Compliance

Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM

Experience with Grafana and monitoring/observability tools

Ability to reduce alert noise and improve monitoring strategies

Understanding of HPC environments and resource optimization

We are looking for someone who can stay calm under pressure, lead from the front, and continuously improve operational processes while remaining technically involved.
