Role Description

The Information Technology Support Administrator will provide day-to-day technical support to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and networks. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, managing system and network administration, and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure. The role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability, performance, and security measures are maintained. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tirupati.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support for a variety of IT issues.
  • Experience in Information Technology systems, including software, hardware, and IT frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Network Administration, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting network infrastructure.
  • Expertise in System Administration, including managing servers, operating systems, and storage systems.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and resolve technical problems within established timelines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage incidents, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, CCNA, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator) are a plus.
  • Prior experience in IT support or a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
