Role Overvie

wThe IT Network Engineer is responsible for maintaining and supporting the organizations IT network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN and data center environments. This role ensures high availability, performance, and security of network systems while supporting plant-level operations and business continuity

.Key Responsibilitie

s1. Network Operations & Maintenanc

• eMaintain and administer IT LAN/WAN infrastructure and data center environments
• .Ensure network performance, availability, and uptime meet required KPIs and SLAs
• .Provide plant-level network operations support

.2. Network Configuration & Deploymen

• tConfigure and install various network devices and services (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.)
• .Deploy and manage Wi-Fi access points, ensuring seamless connectivity
• .Configure and support IP telephony systems (e.g., Polycom phones) as required

.3. System Upgrades & Securit

• yPerform network maintenance and system upgrades, including

• sImplement and maintain security configurations to protect network infrastructure

.4. Performance Monitoring & Troubleshootin

• gMonitor network performance and proactively identify issues
