The IT Manager will be responsible for managing all technology infrastructure, software platforms, and digital systems that power Orange Self Storage's operations. This includes overseeing the facility management software, access control systems, CCTV infrastructure, CRM, billing platforms, and IT security across all locations
.Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure including servers, networks, cloud systems, and facility-level hardware across all Orange Self Storage locations.
Oversee the Facility Management System (FMS) / Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ensure optimal uptime, data accuracy, and user support.
Manage smart access control systems , CCTV surveillance networks, and IoT-enabled facility monitoring.
Administer CRM, billing, and ERP platforms; integrate systems to ensure seamless data flow between operations, finance, and sales teams.
Ensure cybersecurity across all systems: implement firewalls, data encryption, access controls, and compliance with India's IT Act and emerging DPDP (Data Protection) regulations.
Lead digital transformation initiatives such as customer self-service portals, mobile apps for facility access, and automation of billing and reminders.
Manage IT vendor relationships, SLAs, AMC contracts for software and hardware, and technology procurement.
Provide IT support and training to staff across all facilities; manage helpdesk and resolve escalations in a timely manner.
Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and cost reduction.
Ensure data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans are in place and tested periodically.
