Candidates must NOT be working as full-time employees with any organization

Must currently be working as freelancers, consultants, or independent contractors

Should be comfortable working under our payroll for client engagements

Immediate or short joiners preferred

Prior experience in contract-based client projects is an advantage

Responsibilities:

Work on enterprise-level client projects

Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams

Deliver high-quality development and support work

Participate in requirement gathering, development, testing, and deployment activities

Ensure timely delivery and project ownership

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in respective technology stack

Good communication and client interaction skills

Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred
