Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Analyst with a strong focus on Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Network Security. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in audit and compliance activities, along with technical exposure to network and security technologies. The role requires excellent communication skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to create and present security dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities

Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

Drive and support GRC initiatives across the organization.

Coordinate and manage:

o Internal Audits

o External Audits

o Regulatory Compliance activities

o Risk Assessments and Control Reviews

Ensure compliance with information security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Maintain audit evidence, compliance documentation, and security policies.

Identify compliance gaps and track remediation activities.

Network Security & Information Security

Manage and support network security controls and security operations.

Work on and administer any two or more of the following technologies:

o Firewalls

o Routers & Switches

o VPN

o EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response)

o DLP (Data Loss Prevention)

Monitor and strengthen network security posture and security controls.

Support security incident analysis, risk mitigation, and vulnerability management activities.

Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and application teams to implement security best practices.

Reporting & Stakeholder Management

Develop, maintain, and publish security and compliance dashboards.

Prepare management reports, presentations, and security metrics.

Work closely with internal stakeholders and external auditors.

Communicate security and compliance requirements effectively across teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

45 years of experience in Information Security, GRC, and Network Security.

Strong experience in:

o Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

o Internal & External Audits

o Regulatory Compliance

o Information Security Controls

Hands-on exposure to at least two security/network technologies:

o Firewalls

o Routers & Switches

o VPN

o EDR

o DLP

Strong technical background in networking and security infrastructure.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting, dashboard creation, and presentations.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

SISA Institute certifications related to Information Security, Network Security, Cybersecurity, or Compliance.

Additional industry certifications in Network Security or Information Security will be an advantage.
