Design, develop, and implement Informatica SaaS-based Customer 360 (C360) solutions.

Configure and manage MDM mastering processes including:

Perform survivorship model tuning and optimization for customer master data accuracy.

Work on Informatica Cloud Application Integration (CAI) for system integrations and orchestration workflows.

Configure and execute Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) rules and Quality Analysis.

Develop and maintain integrations between C360 and enterprise applications.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable MDM solutions.

Support data cleansing, standardization, deduplication, and enrichment activities.

Collaborate with business users, architects, and data governance teams.

Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.

Participate in deployment, release management, and environment setup activities.
